How was Halloween everybody?
It kinda snuck up on me so i’m looking to make up for it with Dias De Los Muertos. haha.
So a new month means a new show at the Hive!
this month its all about sculptures!
Originally I was not going to participate but I actually found some extra time this month and did a small piece for the show. It’s not a sculpture though.
I’ll have a pic of it up next weekend after the opening. The featured artist J. Shea is pretty rad. I saw his work at the Compound Gallery up in Portland sometime this past year and it’s not of this world. Definitely worth checking out. Info follows:
There it is friends. Meanwhile I am still toiling away preparing for the show in May. I am almost done with another piece. I’ll be posting preview pics very soon.
And I’ll be adding, “An Offering To Accept Before It Wilts” the piece that is based on the Tarot Card ‘Ace of Pentacles’ to the ‘paintings’ section real soon. Like this week soon.
